1. Who we are

("we", "us") is a used vehicle dealership at . This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site:

• Contact and test drive forms: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, the vehicle you're asking about and your message.
• Financing application: your name, contact details, city and postal code, housing situation and monthly housing payment, employment status, employer (optional), monthly income, how you describe your credit, down payment range, and any notes you add.
• Trade-in form: details about your vehicle (year, make, model, kilometres, condition, VIN if you provide it, whether there's a loan on it) and your contact details.
• Privacy requests: your name, contact details and what you're asking for.

We never ask for your Social Insurance Number, banking details or driver's licence number through this website. If a lender needs them later, we'll explain why and collect them in person or through the lender's secure system, with your permission.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers. Like most websites, our web host may keep basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

3. How we use it

• To answer your questions and arrange test drives.
• To review your financing application and talk with you about options.
• To follow up about the vehicle you want to trade in or sell.
• To keep records we're required to keep by law when you buy a vehicle.
• To send you news and offers, only if you ticked the optional box asking for them.

By ticking the consent box on a form, you agree to us using your information for the purpose of that form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 10), though we may then be unable to help with your request.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run our website and forms: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards form submissions to our email, Google (Gmail) stores our email, and our web host stores the site's files. These companies may process or store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
• Lenders: only if you decide to go ahead with financing and give us permission to send your application to a lender.
• When the law requires it, for example to comply with a regulator such as OMVIC or a court order.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. This site stores two small items in your own browser using local storage. They never leave your device and we can't see them:

• Your compare list, so the vehicles you tick "Compare" on are still there when you move between pages.
• Your cookie notice choice, so the notice doesn't keep coming back.

Some features come from third parties:

• Google Fonts: our fonts load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
• Google Maps: the map only loads if you click "Show map". Once it loads, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
• Vehicle photos may be served from an image hosting service, which receives standard technical details like your IP address.

You can clear local storage and cookies any time in your browser settings. You can also view the cookie notice again.

6. How long we keep it

If you send an enquiry and don't buy from us, we delete it within 12 months unless you ask us to keep you in mind for a vehicle. If you buy a vehicle, we keep your sale records for as long as Ontario law requires dealers to keep them.

7. Security

Forms on this site are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive documents through the contact forms.

8. People under 18

This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our financing application asks you to confirm you're 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you've asked for them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we stop sending within 10 business days of your request. You can also unsubscribe by emailing . Messages about a vehicle you asked about or a purchase you're making aren't marketing and may still be sent.

10. Your rights and requests

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct information that's wrong,
• delete your information, unless we're legally required to keep it (for example, records of a completed vehicle sale),
• stop sending you marketing, or withdraw your consent for other uses.

Use the form below or email us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
